Therapy sessions and coaching sessions are non-transferable between different Modern Health accounts. Suppose you or a dependent need more sessions. Can I convert my coaching sessions into therapy sessions or vice-a-versa?
Coaching sessions are unique and not interchangeable with therapy sessions and vice versa.
Can unused sessions roll over into the next benefit year cycle?
Unused sessions do not roll over into the next benefit year cycle. We work hard to ensure your employer's reset date is visible throughout the app & web to ensure you're in the loop regarding your care benefit.
For example, this policy works similarly to insurance benefits when you begin a new cycle - previous unused benefits do not carry over. Modern Health sets this standard and expectation with all of our members, so we can't make any exceptions.
