Your employer determines the scope of services you are eligible for and can access. You will have a set amount of therapy sessions, coaching sessions, or both for your use.
You can find the number of sessions remaining, your employer's current benefit cycle end date, and all your past and upcoming sessions by visiting the For You section of our homepage via the Modern Health mobile app (iOS app or Android app) or web app. It is important to note that upcoming scheduled sessions will pre-deduct credits from your total allotment before a session is completed. Additionally, if your employer's Modern Health benefit renews, you will receive a new allotment of sessions. Please note that this is subject to change based on your employer's discretion.

To view your remaining number of sessions or employer's current Modern Health benefit cycle end date in the mobile app, please follow these steps:

From the home screen, tap on the arrow > next to the For You section.
Web App
To view your remaining number of sessions or employer's current Modern Health benefit cycle end date in the mobile app, please follow these steps:

From the home screen, select View All (next to For You on the right hand side).
