Modern Health’s Care Advisors are care professionals that can help you choose the appropriate care pathway, depending on where you are in your mental health journey.
What will they cover with me?
During the call, your Care Advisor will:
- Review your mental health results with you
- Recommend the best care options for you
- Answer any questions you have
Why do we recommend having a call?
We recommend that our members speak with a Care Advisor on a 15-minute phone call because this is the time and space to go over your needs and set expectations for your care journey. During the call, your Care Advisor will review your onboarding results with you, recommend the best care options for you, and answer any questions you have. Once the call is complete, the Care Team will then match you to a provider who we think is the best fit based on your focus areas and preferences.
